I recently spent a long weekend in the lakes; relaxing, exploring and eating a lot of delicious food. On the last day before returning to the city we took a walk around the lovely little village of Cartmel, before dining in the incredible L’enclume – a Michelin Star restaurant owned by chef Simon Rimmer.
It was a beautiful and bright September afternoon so I opted for simple staple items with chunky boots and my Michael Kors tote; suitable for exploring the village as well as dining in the restaurant for lunch.
