Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. And that can also require a lot of time, effort and expense. Planning is wedding can feel overwhelming sometimes, and you might find yourself feeling like it is almost impossible to get all of the tasks on your to-do list done. Especially if you have other responsibilities like children or work. Luckily, there are definitely ways you can complete some of these tasks without even needing to get dressed or leaving the house! I’m sharing a few easy wins that might help to save you time by booking these entirely online.

Photographer

A really easy place to start with booking online is a photographer. A professional wedding photographer will have their portfolio ready for you to browse online, and they often also have a price list, calendar dates when they are free, and a contact form, so that you can get in touch to talk about details for your wedding. What’s even better is that you can also pay online too, meaning you can book a big detail of your wedding without having to leave the house! When visiting professional photographers’ websites – https://geoffwilkings.com/banff-wedding-photographer/ for example – take the time to ensure their style aligns with your vision before booking. Reviewing websites like this can help you feel confident that your chosen photographer can capture your wedding day exactly as you imagine without even leaving the house.

Rings

Whilst you might want to shop around to try on some styles of engagement wring, you could shop online for these once you know what style you’d like. You can also work with a jeweller online to create something bespoke for you. Nude Jewellery have the most gorgeous rings, and you can fill in a form online to begin the process of creating a bespoke piece just for you.

If you and your partner also know your ring sizes, ordering your wedding rings online is also entirely possible. Some people get engaged without a ring, whether it’s due to the cost or not knowing a ring size, so you could also look for engagement rings online too if you wanted. If you don’t know your size, most online jewellers will be able to send you a ring measurement tape, but you can find one online and print it easily if you don’t want to wait. If you know the type of ring you want and don’t feel like you need to try a bunch of them on in person, ordering online might be the perfect option. You could also look into speaking with a bespoke jeweller, and designing your perfect ring with them online.

Scents

Whilst you might want to shop around for a new scent for your big day, you can still order your final choice online. People tend to choose a new scent for their wedding, that will remind them of their special day whenever they wear it in future. Try visiting a few places to work out what you like, but I’d definitely buy my perfume online. It works out much cheaper – I’d also recommend The Essence Vault for tonnes of options suitable for any budget. They also offer free shipping over £45.

Table decorations

Table decorations can be an odd one. When you think about any wedding you’ve attended, you probably didn’t pay much attention to the table decorations. However, if they weren’t there, you’d notice something was missing! That said, if you do want to have some decorations on your tables, centrepieces are another easy element of the day you can arrange online. There are so many different websites and options you could choose from; a great place to start might be somewhere like Etsy. This a great option for something a little more personalised and hand crafted. Try to think of something unique that represents you and your partner. It will add an extra personalised touch to your wedding day that nobody will forget in a hurry!

Entertainment

Finally, another aspect you could tend to online is your entertainment. Again, thanks to the internet and YouTube videos, you’ll easily be able to check out samples of entertainment before booking. Fancy the idea of a live band? Search for them on YouTube or check out their website for some examples of their work. Why not make your life easier and check another thing off your to-do list without having to leave the house?

Outfit Items and Accessories

Whilst you will want to go and try on most outfits, you can definitely tick off some accessories online. Especially if you know the brand you are shopping with is good quality, you shouldn’t need to try anything on. Although you can always order a few options and return anything you don’t like. A great, luxury brand that creates incredible designs and would be perfect for wedding outfits is DeMellier. They have some gorgeous shapes and colours, and you can make the most of their offer of free shipping and returns to try some options for your wedding outfits.

Hopefully this quick list of easy things to book online will help to alleviate some wedding-planning panic!
