ad. Take your tastebuds to Tokyo at @sixbynicomanchester 🇯🇵 cooking 2nd - 22nd September, this is one of my fave menus yet 👌 I’ve never done the wine pairing before but it was SO good and really affordable, will 100% be doing that every time 🍷
The courses are:
🍗 Chicken Karaage (Crispy Thigh, Togarashi, Oroshi Shoga Ginger)
🍄‍🟫 Tempura (Crisp Enoki Mushroom, Pickled Daikon & Ponzu)
🥞 Okonomiyake (Savoury Kimchi Pancake, Okonomi Sauce, Japanese Mayonnaise)
🍜 Ramen (Miso Sea Bass, Tokyo Turnip, Shimeji Mushroom, Egg Yolk Jam & Kombu Dashi)
🐷 Tonkatsu (Panko Pork Belly, Cabbage, Hokkaido Pumpkin & Yakitori Ham Jam)
🍤 Optional Add-On: Pork & Prawn Skewer (Nori Ranch, Wakame & Mooli Salad)
🍰 Strawberry Candy (White Chocolate, Matcha Cake, Candy Strawberry)
It’s £42 for 6 courses, but there’s a 4 course option available for £25 and a veggie option too. Matched wines are £33. 10/10 would definitely recommend and such great value for money!!
