Last year I was part of the Feel Good Drinks #SpreadFeelGoodness Campaign, where I was sent an amazing bundle of goodies to hostly very own #SpreadFeelGoodness party – you can read the blog post here.
This year, Feel Good Drinks are back with a new campaign, all around having a #FeelGoodSummer. I really enjoyed working with them last year so I was super excited to team up with them again this year to share with you guys their new and delicious Feel Good Infusions range.
You may have noticed that this year, my blog has taken some new and exciting directions, including more of a fitness and healthy lifestyle category. I have been regularly training in the gym, making a conscious decision to eat better and make healthier lifestyle choices, and loving every step of this new journey.
I’m not sure about you, but I certainly feel like this has been the year where living a healthy lifestyle has been something that everyone has been jumping on. Avocados are everywhere I look, healthier restaurant and cafes are popping up regularly, and our access to healthy alternatives to what we would usually choose is increasing by the day.
Feel Good Drinks have released a new range of Feel Good Infusions drinks which are 100% natural with no added sugars, and are available in three refreshing flavours – Strawberry and Mint, Lemon and Elderflower, and Apple and Rose.
Staying hydrated is something I am passionate about, and always try to encourage in those around me. I am forever carrying round a bottle of water with me, whether it be in the office, in the gym, out and about, or just around my apartment. Keeping hydrated is really important to me as I try to stay active wherever I can, and I really notice a difference in how I feel if I don’t drink enough.
The Feel Good Infusions are perfect for those who don’t drink enough water purely because they don’t really like the taste. I know lots of people who would rather reach for a sparkling drink or something sugary because they prefer the flavour. One tip I always give is to try infusing your own water with fruit, but Feel Good have done the hard work for you with their Infusions range. The flavours are very light and refreshing, and perfect to grab for on-the-go when you need a hit of hydration.
Feel Good also sent some of their Refreshingly Still range, which are another awesome alternative to water with a bit more or a stronger, fruitier labour. They are also 100% natural with no added sugar, so you get hydration and fruity flavour, without any added nasties.
Feel Good have really nailed this campaign in my opinion. The infusions are definitely something I can see people grabbing from the fridge as a healthy alternative to sugary drinks, and are super refreshing on a hot summers day. The goodies I received are perfect for hosting a summer dinner party with friends, including one of the hugely popular Lean in 15 recipe books, some cute glasses and ice cubes for the drinks, a mini bluetooth speaker for some summer tunes, and a whole host of delicious Feel Good Drinks.
If you are looking for a new and delicious drink to try this summer then I would totally recommend the infusions – they are a great way to stay hydrated and refreshed if you are looking for an alternative to plain H2O.
